28th, May, 2008, two technical specialist provided a three-day technical training in Colombo which is the capital city of Sri Lanka for local policemen. It is the first technical training held by Overseas Customer Service centers this year, and also one of the largest overseas technical training ever for overseas customer service team. Over one hundred of telecommunication officers from local police station participated the training. The training course consists of hours of classroom instructions, work-based practicing at Lab, and Q & A; it is an introduction to TC-700, TM800, TR800 and digital encryption Circuit learning & analysis, trouble shootings. Benefited from the training course, customer created a comprehensive understanding to complex situations in the maintenance of Hytera products, a better understanding to Hytera services and products.
The training was warmly welcomed by local policemen, and the director of the police department highlighted the training on his short speech at the end of the training, which says "this is the first close contact with a wireless telecommunication provider, a very successful technical training."
