2007 Wireless Technology Conference, which was supported by TETRA Association, held in Beijing in September. Some experts all over the world presented, such as chairman of the ZigBee Alliance Dr. Bob Heile, CEO of the WiMedia Alliance Mr. Stephen Wood, chairman of the Wi-Fi Alliance Mr. Liam Quinn and so on. The conference aimed at advertising and popularizing the application of digital trunking system.

As a member of TETRAMoU, HYT was invited to the conference. Among the latest wireless products on the show, the visitors focused attention on the digital trunking system PT-790 which was developed successfully and launched independently by HYT.

 PT-790 which was launched in 2006 is the first digital trunking radio in China. People were attractive by the new functions such as GPS and color LCD display. PT-790 can function as a telephone in trunked mode, especially the SMS of both English and Chinese interested the visitors.

 HYT had showed its research strength and potential in technology in this conference. It had communicated and made a good cooperation with TETRAMoU. HYT has launched the digital trunking radio PT-790 and digital mobile radio MT-690 since entering TETRAMoU from 2003. The 40th TETRA international technology forum was hosted by HYT as well. The engineer of HYT TETRA considered that they would like to deepen the research of digital communication and make their best efforts to develop TETRA.
