1. Service confirmation and acceptance
All the electronic services' property and operate right of Hytera is owned by Hytera website. The customer must entirely agree all the service items and finish the register procedure, then can become the formal member of Hytera.

Therefore, whether join this club, whether agree the club's items, it's all depends on the customer themselves, Hytera website absolutely respect the customer's choice. The ultimate translation rights of the items belong to Hytera website. The customer just need to click "Agree" button, indicates that customer agree with Hytera's protocol and accept all the service items. Then customer can enjoy the service and become the formal member of Hytera.

2. Agreement
Provide individual information in more detailed and exactly.
Continuously update registered data, accordantly, in time, in detail and exactly.
                 
3. Member's Privacy
Hytera absolutely respect customer's privacy. Therefore, Hytera will never publish, edit or disclose the customer's information, unless demand by law and public safety Administrative rules.
Abide by the relevant laws and regulations, follow Hytera's legal service program.
Vigorously protect customer's individual and society public privacy safe in emergency.
Accord with other relevant requirements.

4. Member's username, password and safety
Once the customer registers as the member successfully, he/she will get an account (username and password). If the member hasn't kept the accounts safe, he/she will lose the Hytera's membership and the relevant rights he/she ever has. Therefore, we remind the member to keep their accounts safe.

In addition, every member should take all the responsibilities of all the account activities and events. Member can modify the password at any moment according to the prompt. If there is any illegally use of the accounts or safe holes, member should inform Hytera's webmaster immediately.

5. The Responsibility and Liability
Customer takes the risks as the Hytera's member, Hytera do not take any forms of guarantee, in spite of specific or connotative. But do not restrict commercial connote guarantee, special purpose and none-violating regulations guarantee. Hytera cannot guarantee that can meet the customer's needs by all means, cannot guarantee any connection free from stability, safety, error-free, permanent connection or other related issues.
