Hytera adheres to a customer-oriented innovation model and continuously invests in researching new technologies and standards. In addition, it implements a strict internal review mechanism, prioritizes the acquisition of high-quality patents, proprietary technologies, and invention patents. Currently, Hytera has crafted over 100 innovative technologies while developing products in line with standards, such as terrestrial trunked radio (TETRA) and digital mobile radio (DMR). It seeks to obtain patents worldwide for key technologies. By June 2010, Hytera had 51 global patents and 79 pending patent cases (94% invention patents).
