DVRS (Digital Voice Recording System) is a professional voice recording solution from Hytera for the TETRA radio system ACCESSNET-T-IP. The DVRS records several radio calls simultaneously, logging and retaining data for future analysis.
The DVRS can also provide a continuous back-up for all short messages, ensuring your radio system has the a comprehensive archive of information.
High-quality voice recording
The integrated TETRA vocoder ensures that all calls are recorded with the usual TETRA quality. All recordings can be exported as needed to a server or another system for archiving.
Flexible access The DVRS allows you to access centrally stored data through a simple web browser. Authorized users can view recordings at any time, from any device.
High Security To ensure the security of your recordings, all users must log in to the DVRS client with a secure username and password. The web service can be hosted on a separate physical server to provide enhanced protection for those who prefer to access the application via the Internet.
System Stability Through Redundancy The DVRS server can be operated in a redundant configuration to further improve system stability. When the primary server is active, recordings are stored on the backup server’s hard drives. If a failure occurs on the primary server, the system automatically switches to the backup server. Each DVRS server is also equipped with its own RAID hard drive system to ensure continuous data backup.
Flexible playback features The DVRS interface is highly intuitive for searching and playing back recordings. A wide range of highly detailed filters makes it easier to navigate through a large collection of recordings and messages. Users can quickly locate the desired call and play it back immediately on the system. It is also possible to compile recordings into custom playlists, for example to create a communication history across multiple calls.
Comprehensive statistical tools The DVRS server fully supports data analysis operations. For example, you can view the different types of calls made across the entire system, or only those associated with a specific base station. Beyond data analysis, the DVRS also displays server equipment utilization rates and the status of network connections, which facilitates the management of the solution’s operation.
System architecture To facilitate integration into existing IT environments, the DVRS voice recording system can be easily installed and operated on a single server. If necessary, adding an additional DVRS server will allow you to expand capacity. In such a configuration, the two servers can be connected to operate in a redundant setup with the ACCESSNET-T IP system.
