INTEGRATION WITH TETRA, CONVENTIONAL DMR, SHARED-RESOURCE DMR, AND MPT
The application can be connected in parallel to various mobile radio systems. All activities (calls, messages, GPS data) are consolidated into a single user interface, ideal for managing large-scale radio fleets that combine different technologies.
MULTI-TECHNOLOGY COMMUNICATIONS
SmartOne allows subscribers from multiple mobile radio systems to connect. Acting as a gateway, the application can connect groups and individual users from different systems to share voice calls and text messages.
USER-FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMIZABLE USER INTERFACE
The user interface of each workstation can be customized to meet specific customer needs. You can create multiple work environments and further customize them by adding external modules, images, and text. You can intuitively customize your workstation by simply dragging and dropping content into the application window.
WIRED OR WIRELESS CONNECTION
In addition to IP-based network connectivity, SmartOne can also serve as a radio dispatch solution, supporting all technologies. This allows, for example, the use of dispatch functions in emergency vehicles equipped with mobile radios.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Thanks to its sophisticated architecture, SmartOne is a reliable solution. By utilizing server redundancy, each SmartOne workstation can connect to two central servers. In the event of a failure of the active server, the backup server automatically takes over to ensure continuous operation.
SCALABILITY
SmartOne can be adapted to systems of various sizes, ranging from a simple standalone solution—with software installed on a single workstation—to a full client-server architecture with central servers and remote workstations.
MULTI-CLIENT SYSTEM
The system is designed to support multiple clients. Each SmartOne user can be assigned their own radio groups and subscribers. This allocation makes it an efficient and sophisticated solution for sharing responsibilities among dispatch team members.
