Image and audio data are collected only to enable features such as recording, video calls, and voice interaction. By default, this data is encrypted and stored locally. If you choose to upload it to the cloud, we will seek your explicit consent again. It will not be used for any other purpose or shared without your further authorization.
(d) Location Information
We collect location data only to provide location-based services and device location reporting. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties without your explicit consent or legal requirement.
(e) Device Information
We collect device information such as model, software version, SN, IMEI, MEID, hardware info, and MAC address solely to optimize product compatibility and security monitoring. This data is not used for user profiling or shared with third parties without your consent or legal obligation.
(f) Local Storage
We access local ROM or external TF card storage only after obtaining your permission, for the purpose of storing and accessing app data. We do not read or upload your personal files unless you provide separate authorization.
(g) Device Logs and App Logs
We collect system and app logs solely for operation analysis and troubleshooting. These logs are encrypted and stored locally for a maximum of 90 days. If we need to upload them to the cloud, we will seek your explicit consent again.
(h) Installed App List and App Behavior Records
We collect the list of installed apps and app behavior records only for user app management, data analysis, and market research. This data is not used for user profiling or personalized recommendations and is not shared with third parties without your consent or legal requirement.
(i) User Behavior and Interest Data
We collect this data solely to improve product experience. It is not used for personalized recommendations or advertising and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
(j) Network Information and Clipboard Data
We collect network type, signal strength, and clipboard information only to optimize network connectivity and user experience.
(k) Media Library Files
We access your photo or video library only after obtaining your permission, for functions such as image/video selection. We do not upload these files to our servers unless you actively choose to do so and confirm again.

To withdraw your consent at any time. If allowed by applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when Hytera processes your personal data based on your consent. However, withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy and effectiveness of how we process your personal data based on your consent before the withdrawal is made; nor does it affect any data processing based on another justification other than your consent.

8. Third-party Social Network

If you authorize Hytera to link to your certain social network service, We will obtain from such social network service, and store, your identity authentication information so that you can log in Hytera's website and We will obtain and store other information you permit Us to obtain and store when you are linked to such social network service. In addition, such social network service will obtain the information generated when you use Hytera products and/or services and you may share the aforementioned information with others by such social network service.
It should be noted that, when you use such third party social network service, you shall be bound by such third party’s service terms and conditions and privacy policy (other than this Policy) and you should read those terms and conditions and policy carefully. 9. Kids Privacy
The target group of Our website is adults. We will not intentionally collect any personal information about a juvenile who is younger than 14 and the juveniles who are younger than 14 shall not submit any personal information with our product or applications without a consent of a parent or guardian. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, we will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. If we accidentally collect a child's personal data without verified prior consent from the child's parents, we will delete the data as soon as possible.
