4. Payment terms for the demo package are 100% T/T in advance or based on the business agreement.
5. This Demo package is valid from 1 December, 2023 to 31 May, 2024, and is available in all regions excluding Mainland China, Europe, North America and Latin America.
6. Hytera reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Hytera in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Hytera shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of reasonable control.
