MRPS

Hytera Multimedia Recording and Playback System (MRPS) is a versatile, IP-based platform that captures and archives calls, videos, short messages, and registration information across diverse radio systems. It streamlines multi-channel recordings and interaction data in a single solution for incident reconstruction, analysis, investigation, and then some. Built on a browser/server architecture, the MRPS allows you to easily query, play back, analyze, or download recordings, anytime and anywhere. Benefiting from its flexible networking, the MRPS can be deployed in either centralized or distributed mode to meet different needs. More importantly, the MRPS has the active-active redundancy to ensure data integrity and uninterrupted recording services.

High Reliability and Data Security

High Reliability and Data Security

The MRPS achieves high reliability and data security through active-active redundancy deployment and real-time data synchronization. It adopts an active-active architecture where two servers simultaneously record calls, videos, data, and more. If one server fails, the other can seamlessly take over, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Moreover, real-time data synchronization between the two servers ensures all recordings remain safe and intact even in case of unexpected downtime, minimizing data loss to the greatest extent and guaranteeing high system availability.
Flexible Recording Plans and Comprehensive Communication Capture Capability

Flexible Recording Plans and Comprehensive Communication Capture Capability

The MRPS offers flexible recording plans and comprehensive communication capture capability. It supports diversified recording options, including centralized recording (operator-level MRPS captures radio communications across the entire network, with tenants able to subscribe as needed) and distributed recording (MRPS in each area records independently, with data aggregated by the central node). This effectively reduces the load on the communication network, especially suitable for high-volume data recording scenarios. Additionally, it can reliably record various service information from different systems (such as radio systems, PoC systems, IP-based dispatch consoles, etc.), including calls, videos, short messages, and registration information, ensuring no communication data is missed.
Convenient Management Functions and Data Insight Capability

Convenient Management Functions and Data Insight Capability

The MRPS is equipped with convenient management functions and strong data insight capability. It features an efficient management and retrieval system through an intuitive all-in-one interface, allowing users to easily search recorded data by multiple criteria such as ID, caller, and call type. It also supports direct playback of audio/video, viewing of text/status messages, and downloading of files on the web interface, simplifying management processes. In terms of data visualization and analysis, it provides data summary with pie charts and bar charts to intuitively display disk usage and trends of call activities over a custom time period, helping to quickly grasp key information. It also offers recording statistics that graphically present data on audio and video recordings by duration, capacity, and quantity, as well as the number of messages and registrations, supporting analysis over custom time periods. Furthermore, its call statistics function generates statistics by call type (voice calls, video calls, group calls, private calls, etc.) for any custom time period, helping to monitor call volume and optimize call services, transforming data into actionable decision-making basis.
