Analysis
1.The battery voltage may be low. 
2.The volume level may be low.
3.The speaker may be blocked or damaged.

Solution
1. Recharge or replace the battery.
2.Increase the volume by pressing the Volume +/Right key.
3.Clean the surface of the speaker. If the problem cannot be solved, contact your dealer or authorized service center for inspection and repair.
